Under clear skies nine OFF members enjoyed a walk today on this relatively unknown track around the Woronora area starting from Prince Edward Park. The mostly bush track revealed a large variety of quite beautiful native plants in flower. Overhead we spied Ospreys being bothered by cockatoos and one very persistent magpie. Calls from a range of other smaller birds were identified for us by Deb Andrew. The views to and over the River were panoramic. We finished back in PEP with some enjoying a picnic lunch. All in all a lovely morning amongst some great bushland surrounding our nearby suburbs.
